Senior Pastor

Born and raised in Sykesville, Maryland, Pastor Keith came to faith in Christ at Young Life Camp during his high school years. He is a graduate of Western Maryland College and Princeton Theological Seminary, and served as a Youth Pastor in Woodbridge, VA before coming on staff at Faith BFC in 2007. Keith has been married to Bekah since 2003, and they have three children, Natalie and twins, Caroline and Caleb. Colossians 1:28 describes Keith’s desire for his ministry both at home and in the church: “Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.”

Pastor of Discipleship

Pastor Verdon and his wife, Becca, have been married since 2008 and have three children: Elisabeth, Annalise, and Liam. Prior to serving at Faith BFC, Pastor Verdon served in the education and counseling fields. He has a B.S. in education from Lebanon Valley College and has earned an MDiv and an MAR in Counseling from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also a Certified Biblical Counselor and has received a Counseling certification from ACBC(Association of Certified Biblical Counselors).

Neil Franklin

Pastor of Congregational Care

Pastor Franklin comes to Faith BFC from the business world. Neil worked for 34 years in the retail industry in management. He has been a member of Faith BFC since 2004. He has served as an elder, small group leader, and in Faith’s Children’s Ministry in several capacities. He graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. Neil and his wife, Tracey, have been married since October 1991, and they have one son, Bryan. The Franklin family comes to us from California, having moved to Lancaster County in the fall of 2002.

Nate Miller

Youth Pastor

Pastor Miller has served at Faith since August 2017 along with his wife Shelby. Nate and Shelby have been married since October 2015 and have three children: Vasili, Vitali, and Eliza. Nate received his Bachelor of Arts from Geneva College in 2014 and his MDiv from Capital Seminary & Graduate School in 2019. Nate’s desire for the church is found in John 17:17: ‘Sanctify them in the truth; Your Word is truth.’
